Terms of Service

By using Arvis you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Arvis is a conversational personal assistant. It is currently available on Telegram, with WhatsApp and our own native application (iOS, Android, web) launching progressively. One Arvis account follows you across every supported channel. Features are described on the marketing site; specifics may evolve.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person. No automated mass-messaging.
• You are responsible for the security of the messaging account you use to access Arvis (currently Telegram).

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period; no refund for the unused remainder unless required by law (EU consumers retain a 14-day cooling-off period for the first signup).
• Limits per plan are documented on the pricing page; usage resets monthly on the billing date.
• Prices are in EUR including VAT where applicable.
• Billing is operated through Stripe. Invoices issued by SC CASTDEVELOPMENT INVEST SRL contain the legal entity details listed in section 1.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Arvis to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property.
• Attempt to break, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its underlying providers.
• Automate the service for commercial resale without explicit written permission.
• Send spam, phishing or malware to other users via Arvis features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Third-party providers

Arvis depends on services from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Whisper STT), Google (Calendar/Gmail when you connect them), Stripe (billing), and the messaging platform you use to reach Arvis (currently Telegram, with WhatsApp and our own application following). Their respective terms also apply to those touchpoints.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but make no SLA guarantees on lower-tier plans. Status is published at /status. Scheduled maintenance, where possible, is announced in-bot.

8. Limitation of liability

Arvis is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, consequential or special damages is excluded. Direct damages, where not excluded by law, are capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you provide. We hold all rights to the Arvis software, brand, and infrastructure.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-bot 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Bucharest, România.
